Stacy + Johnny // An Intimate Winter Wedding La Rio Mansion Belton, Texas

Stacy and Johnny are two very precious people, and I'm so excited to share their wedding with you today. This was my first time at La Rio Mansion in Belton, Texas and for a Texas wedding it's the perfect combination of cozy ranch home meets Texas-sized Spanish mansion.

Stacy and I actually grew up going to school together from middle school to high school graduation in San Antonio, Texas. We were in even band together, although she was a way better clarinet player than I was. ;)

I was so excited when Stacy messaged me on Facebook about wedding photography soon after Johnny proposed! Stacy has always been so supportive of my business, so I knew I had to do her a solid and make her wedding day experience one to remember.

Some of my favorite moments of Stacy and Johnny's wedding day was right before their ceremony they wanted to pray together surrounded by they bridal party. Sooo sweet! Stacy also had precut fabric squares for their wedding guests to sign and write sweet words of encouragement for them on. Stacy's goal for these is to make a family quilt of the guests names signed on the fabric squares. Girl, I can't wait to see the finished product!! Stacy also had her grandmother make crocheted shawls for her bridesmaids in her wedding colors which definitely came in handy with the December rainy chilly weather.
